Rentals rates are as agreed to on an individual basis.
The apartment is available for check-in after 14:00 hours on the day of arrival in the apartment. Should you encounter delays whereby you will not be able to meet us at the scheduled time you are requested to call us prior to 11.00 hours on the day of arrival at Barcelona
Checkout time is 11.00 hours on the date of departure, if not otherwise agreed.
In case that the tenant is not able to pick up the keys he can give a written authorisation with a copy of his passport to the person who will collect the keys. |

Payment terms and conditions |
The rental fee will be paid in two instalments:
Directly after you made your reservation you pay 20% of the total rental fee by banktransfer of crecitcard.. Banking costs will be charged to the tenant.
We do not accept traveller cheques.
Should the payment not be received in 5 days, BCN Rental reserves the rights to void the agreement and cancel the rental.
The second payment has to be handed over in cash in Euro when you arrive in Barcelona to pick the keys. We will also ask you a copy of your passport or identity card.
Should any payment owing remain in default, BCN Rental has the right to enter into collection, the cost of which shall be borne by the renting party.

Cancellation conditions |
If the client will cancel his reservation he has to follow the next conditions:
In case of cancellation up to 70 days prior to the contractual date of
arrival, 25% (with a minimum of 150 Euro) of the total value of the
rental agreement shall be due and payable.
In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the contractual date of
arrival, 50% (with a minimum of 150 Euro) of the total value of the
agreement shall be due and payable.
Cancellations received after the 42nd day prior to your contractual
date of arrival will result in the full contractual amount becoming
due and payable.

Security deposit |
The amount of the deposit will be as agreed and is due upon check-in. The deposit has to be paid in cash. BCN Rental trusts that the apartment and the community will be left in decent condition. Should there be incidence of unreasonable dirtying or carelessness or negligence (including the missing keys, towels and bedding) in the apartment, BCN Rental reserves the right to make a charge for extra cleaning or repairs, which will be deducted from the refund. Important that by leaving the apartment the tenant throws away the rubbish and turns off the lights equipments. In case the damage cost are superior the paid deposit, BCN Rental reserves the right to make an extra charges. When the tenant leave the apartment in good conditions, BCN Rental will return the deposit. |

Tenant |
The rented apartment shall not be occupied by more than the number of persons specified in the rental agreement. Should there be cause to exceed the contractual limit, special permission must first be obtained from BCN Rental. Pets are not permitted without prior approval from BCN Rental. The minimum age to rent an apartment is 20. BCN Rental reserves the right to cancel the contract in case she expects that the tenants are member of extremist or violent groups. |

Inventory |
The apartment is delivered to the tenant in good condition, fully equipped with furniture, kitchen ware, glassware, china, flatware, linen, towels, tec. BCN Rental will not be responsible for any essential items missing form the apartment at check-out that were not reported at check-in. We ask you to communicate directly by check-in missing essential items. The tenant will bear full responsibility for the replacement or repair of any items deemed to be missing or damaged during the tenancy. Should the tenant wish to depart earlier than at the contractually agreed to date, BCN Rental shall first be notified in order that check-out inspection may be performed and any deposit refund or charge be made. |

Tenancy |
The owner of the apartment accepts responsibility to enforce and be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
The tenant accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them and to adhere to the code of good behaviour in a civilized society. This means that parties; loud music and noises are not permitted in the apartment.
In case of serious neglect by the tenant, the owner is empowered to cancel the rental agreement and terminate the tenancy worth with, whereby the tenant forfeits any unused portion of the rental fee and the deposit and will be liable for any damage not covered by the deposit Neither BCN Rental nor the owner will be responsible for any damage or loss of any kind, personal injury or sickness suffered by the tenant or co-tenant of guests to themselves or to their property, in whatever manner such loss shall occur, whether by theft or robbery or insurrection or force of nature or act of god. |
