Step 1: Request availability and confirmation
Choose the apartment what you like. Check of the apartment is avialable. You can find this information to click on the button “show the calendar”. You can find this button under the PRICINGTABLE in each details of the apartments.
 
   
Step 2: Booking information  
You have to complete a book on-line reservationform (button reservation) with your personal information. If you don´t want to make direct a reservation but first you want to receive more a free offer you can ask also a free offer (button free offer).
 
Once we received your personal data, we will confirm your the booking as soon as possible with a maximum of 24-hours.
 
Remember that there is a 3 or 4 night minimum in case of all our apartments.
 
   
Step 3: Advance payment  
Inside 24-hours we send you the confirmation of the reservation. In this confirmation we ask you to pay 20% advance payment. You can pay this advance payment by creditcard or banktransfer.
 

• If you want to pay by creditcard we send you a payment request.

• If you want to pay by bank transfer we send you our bankdetails.

 
The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining part of the payment 70% must be paid in CASH upon arrival. Remember no cash no check-in.
 
Step 4: Information for check-in the of arrival
Once we received the advance payment we will send you a booking confirmation with all the necessary details what you need for your check-in on the day of arrival.
